You didn't miss one detail down to the beautiful handouts that were displayed in our home for the buyers to take home with them, the use of the moving van which I have to tell you was a huge help and the handyman who came in to fix whatever needed to be fixed. I want to thank you and your Point of Difference Team (PDT) for all of the services you provided for me in the recent purchase of my new home at 1322 Hunters' Chase (Lot 2). It is my 2nd home purchased in the Chambersburg area and the 6th or 7th home purchased in my lifetime. I have never received the quantity or quality of services provided by you and the PDT in any home buying experience before. It was truly remarkable.

Everyone was very friendly and everything was so easy, effective and efficient. Amy was very helpful in getting me the free boxes and making the free van available to me. Scott was terrifc in the detail he provided for my walk through, as well as answering all my questions. Since I am a single woman, Paul's "handyman" services were most invaluable to me by completing the installation of the majority of my blinds. I had no idea who I could get to do that job. Moreover, Paul did the job under challenging health circumstances. Thank you for you letter to remind me of the free "handyman" services and the 5th Annual Client Appreciation Event.

I just wanted to write & tell you how easy & pleasant you made our home buying experience. We couldn't have picked a better real estate team to help us. You and your office took the hassle out of it for us & let us focus on the excitement & joy of buying our first new home. It put our minds at ease to know we had an agent that was from the area & knew what to look for & what tests to have done. Chuck and I would have never thought to ask for the radon testing. It just isn't something that is done frequently in our area of VA.

And after closing, we had 3 to 4 work trucks in our driveway within 1/2 hour of us getting there to do the items requested ont he punch out list. We even got two spigots put in. They were very nice & very professional with us. The crack on the outside of the garage was also fixed. The countertop map was out & I am assuming that will be fixed sometime this week. The only thing that was not completed was the screen (it is on order) & the cleaning. I hope that will be done this week also.
