In addition, a billboard is leased west on I-76 and one is owned east on I-76.

There is a septic tank for waste that has been pretty much trouble free.

A three-bedroom house with central air is within the motel right from the office. It includes an eat-in kitchen, dining room opening into a large living area, 3 bedrooms, full bath, and partially finished basement level.

There are replacement windows in the house and office.
